Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.getloadz.in (the “Website”) and our ‘GetLoadz’ application for mobile

1. Customer Cancellation:-

• Customer has the access to cancel the order within 15 mins of placing. Else the booking will be considered as “Booked and customer have to pay half of the charges booked as per the mentioned rate.
• Customer will be charged 15% of Booking charges as cancellation when driver or mover reach the location And the booking will be considered as “Invalid. Again Re-booking will be accepted.

2. Non-Customer Cancellation:-

GetLoadz reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Bookings constrained to be cancelled for reasons not attributable to Getloadz, including but not limited to:

• If the address provided by CUSTOMER is either wrong or falls outside the red zone.
• Failure to contact customer by phone or email at the time of Picking up /Dropping the Load .
• Unavailability of service provider at the required location.
• Unavailability of service provider at the required location.
• Unavailability of service provider at the required location.

In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to GetLoadz,Fleet Management/Driver, GetLoadz shall not collect any penalty from the Customer.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Customer may be entitled to a refund for Orders.GetLoadz retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Customer from the amount refundable to him/her.The Customer shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value.

• If Driver or mover did not reach the pickup location Refund will be applicable as per bank
• Incase of Any Payment failure the Refund will be applicable TAT as per Bank .

*Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Customers choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below, in case Buyer don't choose to credit it to Buyer’s wallet with his/her Ampy Account:-
